Maître Martin Estanove
Lawyer at the Paris Bar, trusted third party to secure the price of your transactions.
Fidens is the escrow service of Maître Martin Estanove, a lawyer registered with the Paris Bar. As a trusted third party bound by strict professional ethics, the lawyer receives and holds the funds of a transaction on a dedicated CARPA account, then releases them only when the conditions agreed between the parties are met.
This conventional-escrow role applies to transactions where the payment of the price must be secured: share sales, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), private equity, financing and debt raising, business sales, real-estate share deals, or settlement agreements ending a dispute.
Using an escrow lawyer offers a guarantee few third parties can match: the CARPA account (the French bar's fund-handling body) ensures the ring-fencing and traceability of the funds, under the supervision of the Bar, while the lawyer's professional liability covers the whole transaction.
